Koch Foods, Plant B - Fairfield, Ohio

Loveland Excavating & Paving was proud to play a key role in the expansion of Koch Foods’ Plant B facility. This large-scale site development project showcased our ability to manage complex earthwork and utility challenges on a fast-paced schedule.

Over the course of just six months, our team moved more than 250,000 cubic yards of earth and installed two massive detention systems, all while simultaneously managing another major project requiring the movement of 350,000 tons of material.

Precision planning, seamless coordination, and unmatched teamwork allowed us to deliver exceptional results on time and on budget — proving once again that we don’t just move dirt, we move enough to make mountains.
