Loveland Excavating & Paving was proud to play a key role in the expansion of Koch Foods’ Plant B facility. This large-scale site development project showcased our ability to manage complex earthwork and utility challenges on a fast-paced schedule.

Over the course of just six months, our team moved more than 250,000 cubic yards of earth and installed two massive detention systems, all while simultaneously managing another major project requiring the movement of 350,000 tons of material.

City of Forest Park Multi-Use Path - Forest Park, Ohio:  Our work on the new Central Park multi-use path included the installation of 40 l.f. of 6" culvert pipe and an 8' wide multi-use path (approximately 2,000 l.f. of asphalt). The path winds through a shaded, forested area with picnic tables and through ball fields.

Renaissance Pointe, Phase I, Middletown, Ohio:  We were thrilled to kick-off the highly anticipated Renaissance Pointe project in Middletown, Ohio in June. Serving as the General Contractor for Phase I of this transformative development at Ohio 122 and Union Road, our journey begins with vital infrastructure improvements to pave the way for a vibrant 50-acre mixed-use destination.

This ambitious $200 million venture, a collaboration between the City of Middletown and Woodard Development, promises an economic boom for the region. It will feature Class A retail and office space, hotels, restaurants, and a 3,000-seat multi-purpose event center.

We are excited to bring this vision to life and build a brighter future for the community! Our comprehensive work includes turn-key site development - mass earthwork, fine grading, underground utilities encompassing water mains / sanitary and storm sewers, public roads, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, traffic signals, pavement markings, signage, grading, landscaping, street lighting, and all related appurtenances.

Petersburg Apartment Community, Hebron, Kentucky:  We've just broken ground and our crew is on site, clearing the land and getting it ready for what’s ahead. Over the coming months, we’ll be taking on all the earthwork and underground utilities, completing the tear-down of an existing house, and building an 80-foot bridge that will stretch across the creek at the front of the property. When it’s all said and done, this 15-acre site will be home to 268 new apartment units, bringing much-needed housing to the area—and we’re proud to help lay the groundwork.

Village of Greenhills Walking Trail, Hamilton County, Ohio:  Loveland Excavating and Paving is proud to be part of a project that combines history, community, and connection with the outdoors. The Village of Greenhills, one of only three federally planned greenbelt communities in the United States from the 1930s—and the only one that has fully preserved its greenbelt—is expanding its legacy with the addition of a new walking trail.

Our team is handling the cutting out, grading, and gravel work to establish a durable foundation for the path. This groundwork lays the way for a trail that will allow residents and visitors to enjoy nature, stay active, and connect with one another for years to come.

Fifty West Brewing Company, Deerfield Township, Ohio:  Our work for Linked Solutions included earthwork, underground utilities, asphalt paving (including new pickleball courts), and concrete curb for this new Fifty West Brewing Co. location.

River District Road Improvement Project, West Carrollton, Ohio:  The launch of our work on the groundbreaking River District Road Improvement project began in June. Our Turnkey Site Development includes the demolition of existing concrete and asphalt, earthwork, underground utilities, and the creation of new asphalt and concrete curbs.

This pivotal phase is more than just infrastructure—it’s the foundation for an exciting transformation. By modernizing the area, the stage will be set for dynamic future developments. This project is a monumental leap towards revitalizing the community, enhancing connectivity, and creating a vibrant, thriving district.

Driveways, Sidewalks, and Curbs

Jim Terrell Park Kayak Launch, Milford, Ohio: Our scope for this prevailing wage project includes excavation for a stained concrete ramp with access to the Little Miami River, along with stamped concrete stairs to be constructed along the ramp down to the water's edge. Additionally, the ramp will have a wooden kayak launch along the side of the concrete, grass paver detail and repair/replacement of the existing asphalt within park limits.

Monroe Fire Station 61, Monroe, Ohio: Work for the Monroe Fire Station included demolition of the existing concrete, installation of a new storm drain, new concrete driveway, and curb.

The Vanguard (Halmar) Student Housing, University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio:  Situated alongside I-75, this 136-unit housing development sits on 4.5 acres. The site presents unique challenges as it has a severe slope and sits along one of the most highly trafficked areas in and around the downtown Cincinnati area.

Our scope includes Earthwork, Site Utilities, Asphalt and Concrete Curb.

Lockland Main School Renovation, Cincinnati, Ohio:  Progress is underway for the Lockland High School project. Our team is tackling the task of transforming the courtyard by demolishing the old asphalt and clearing out the debris. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue our work!

Boone Aire Apartment Community - Florence, Kentucky:  Our work consists of Turn-Key Site Development. This includes Demolition, Earthwork, Underground Utilities, and will follow-up with Concrete and Asphalt. 

This 12-acre site will include 132 apartments, 263 parking spaces, a community swimming pool, playground, and dog park close to the new business developments in the Florence/CVG area.

Innovation Way Apartment Community - Mason, OH:  Our work for Kendall Building Group consisted of Site Development, including Underground Utilities, Asphalt Paving and Concrete, including the community pool deck.
